Manchester Academy of English's own self-catering student house is an easy 15-minute bus journey from our school and has local shopping just a few minutes' walk away.

Homestay Accommodation

We offer clean, friendly, comfortable accommodation with one of our homestay providers. All our homestay accommodation is located on an easy bus/Metro/train, approximately 30 minutes from the city centre. Hosts will provide you with breakfast and an evening meal. Our homestay providers may be a traditional family, a single person or a couple. We do try to accommodate students' special requests so please book early and we can try to provide exactly what you want.

Accommodation

John Lester Court is a part of The University of Salford and is a 10 minute bus journey from the Academy and city centre. We have several four-bedroom, fully furnished shared flats available, all year round, which also have a fully equipped kitchen. Students will have their own private bedroom with a single bed, wardrobe, desk and chair.

Access to unlimited internet is free of charge and there is also 24 hour security on site. It has recently been refurbished and has excellent facilities for leisure, socialising and relaxing.

Manchester has a wide choice of hotels and Bed & Breakfasts.

Many are within short walking distance of Manchester Academy.
